      KLJ has a strong employee-ownership culture that encourages people to think about the success of the company and their projects. Amazing managers and mentorship as entry level engineer

      As with many growing engineering firms, workload and project timelines can fluctuate depending on client demand.

      Pros

      Good salary, but it comes at a cost. The leadership at KLJ is toxic and that trickles through the culture. There are great people at KLJ but if you are a high performer you will be abused.

      Cons

      Unreasonable expectations, poor review process, and a hostile culture. They are a sinking ship and a RIF waiting to happen.
