Almost life time employer, dynamic business, family like atmosphere, huge history, international and customer focussed, takes good care of own employees
Cons
Risk averse, strong unions prevent change needed, big companies which still works in silo's which prevent much needed change. Especially on HQ the risk/fear/anger of AF is alive
