Pros
Its great to learn and get exposure.
Management is nice but strict. Doesn't take you only like employees but friends.
Working and partying with CEO & the directors is a fun.
All i can say is this company is not for those who like to play around, either learn or work efficient.
Regional Languages are barred to avoid groupism, has a history of massive firings if any politics or groupism is found.
Huge technical curve & you will love this company if you are a tech savvy
Work from home, comp offs, leaves on friendly grounds is not a problem
Cons
Non efficient people are fired after warnings.
Sometimes salary is delayed by couple of days but that's okay because the CEO helps anyone in need on personal grounds.
