Pros
The people are mostly good except for some top level managers and execs. The rank and file employees and their immediate managers are all good people; as for the upper tier management - no trainings, they would hire people / friends without doing the SOP for hiring.
Cons
No training, no reward system, high attrition rate, anti-employee. They brand themselves as pro-people and culture but the only culture evident is power tripping.
