Great experience in federal sphere

due to the nature of government jobs, may be a bit slow

KMEA is focused on employee growth, and while each manager takes a different approach to grow each employee you will have lots of opportunities to learn and grow your technical and project management skills. I had some great opportunities that launched my career and am super grateful for my time at KMEA. Also employees are very friendly and helpful with a diverse background for you to learn from. Very generous with raises based on performance making you feel valued. Diverse group of workers and inclusive environment.

Some inconsistencies in policy can make things confusing, but the company is growing. Also it’s easy to get stuck on repetitive projects once you’re known for something (I.e. phase 1 ESAs). Consulting is a mixed bag, sometimes the work is just random and unrelated to your position.
