Pros
- Hybrid work system (also depends, scroll on for more) - Core working hours of 10-4pm (may leave at 4 and work elsewhere, but you'll be so busy you won't get to) - Ok benefits, dental, chiro, xray, medical & phone claims. - Get to work with renowned brands & KOLs (u can definitely get this elsewhere too)
Cons
- Hybrid work system: depends on your lead, as they always say "it is a privilege not an entitlement". Then don't set this in the first place..? It seems unfair as it's subjected to leads. - Management: Their way of handling matters is questionable. instead of diffusing an issue, often times it escalates, causing employees to feel worse and awkward. Rather than always preaching "we put our people first", make sure you act on it. Tends to magnify on useless matters but ignore the important ones. - Favoritism: It's even easy for newbies to spot who the favorites are. They can file any kind of complaints with no fact check and they can say or do anything but not get into trouble. Don't even try to complain about them or you'll get HR meeting instead. - Company system: No proper team system, onboarding, training for the work you'll be doing, workflow, sometimes even common sense. If you're new, the room for error is bigger than China, so you'll have to be ready to mess up because you will be very lonely at the work you do.
