company keeps workers as busy as possible to save money sending contractors home early often understaffed they will schedule you to work every weekend contractors get holidays off before KONE employees contractors can request as many days off as they want where KONE employees are limited to only requesting off with PTO and are sometimes denied since KONE employees are trained in higher roles that contractors cant fill. when i was a contractor they stated KONE employees get holidays off then the month after i was hired on as a full time kone employee they stopped giving kone employees holidays off and let contractors have them off if they request it.
