favouratism with some members of staff and managment

staff discount, sometimes tips can be good. quite a lot of the staff are friendly.

Management operates with a blatant 'one rule for you, another for me' attitude, and the entire structure is based on favoritism and popularity. They speak to staff as if they're beneath them, barely worthy of basic interaction. The place is run in a reckless, 'cowboy' style, with some employees receiving the bare minimum of legal training months after starting. Staff turnover is exceptionally high, and if you don’t fit into their clique, you’re quickly pushed out. To top it off, there are rats everywhere(!)
