      Pros

      Unlimited snacks and coffee are probably the only pros

      Cons

      Horrible leadership that wont even attend their own company events. Employee turnover is high. Especially on the structural side where employees last a few months. Medical/Dental below average and non existant vision plan.

      Flexible hours, remote when necessary, plenty of growth opportunity and learning tools, great team goals, great management.
