Pros
1. Company is growing so you will think you can also grow with it but reality is very different I will explain everything here don't Join before reading all the things specially if you are a fresher. 2. Before converting you to full time EMP. Training They provide is very Good but they conduct 100's of tests and when am saying 100's of tests means yes 100 of tests and if you will not perform good in any of them you will be separated from Organization. 3. In Bengalore it is located in RMZ Ecoworld tech park which is very good place.
Cons
1. too much separations (without prior notice) 2. Too much work load ( ii understand work will be there everywhere but here things were different if you face then you will understand) 3. Layoffs 4. Less salary 5. No hikes 6. No perks ( no meals, no cabs, no any kind of bonus or accommodations) 7. During time of hikes in year end they conduct tests for that also. 8. They will hire you as an associate software engineer but give you testing roles or validation roles or might be VLSI simulation roles even for CSE/ISE students. So if you think you will become a developer they won't put you in development project. 9. After 1,1.5 year of joining you can expect to get projects because untill they will make you go through gensis, gensis pro, genesis reboot and all other nonsense trainings 10. Even for PSD soft skills they will be taking around 15 tests and all will be elimination tests 11. Very strict for timings for coming and going 12. Any time anyone can check your laptop and if you came late or going early action will be taken. 13. Salary is very less and hikes are just dream. 14. People seniors few are good few are very rude specially for banglore location 15. Ok and last point they give very less holidays in comparison to other companies eg: holi they won't give any Holiday and many more times like this. 16. Think 10 times before joining if you don't have any opportunity then try to get something somewhere before coming here. 17. Ok most important point I forgot is Bond, bond of 2 years from the day you get converted to FTE. And after joining as a fresher you will get converted to FTE as tester or validation engineer almost after 1 or 1.5 years. 18. So you can say if you are joining kpit they it's not 2 years bond it's almost 3 years or more. 19. And last thing after you get placed in kpit they will call you for onboarding after almost 1 year in my case I was selected in may 2023 but get Onboard in sep 2024.
