Well compensated base salary, but they've changed compensation to prevent raises. Only offer performance base bonus, which is done by a manager with little to no knowledge of your actual quarterly work. Bonus is arbitrary and lacking.
Cons
No training opportunities. No career advancement unless Indian. Nepotism. No severance package when laid off. Baseless performance reviews.
