      If you know how to play with individuals at higher management - then its your company.

      Cons

      Very bad treatment for employees. no recognisition - Company only motive is to earn profits on employees as well by not adhering to professional ethics.

      Good consulting comapny among Indian companies Salary consistently paid after deducting commission Not too much interference with your assignment

      Cons

      You cannot depend on them to find a job for you. You find your own contract and they will take their commission Not a prime vendor for any client
