      Overall, I learned a lot and the name looks good on my resume! Some of the people are nice, but a lot of complacent folks who don't act like they want to progress in their careers.

      Cons

      In terms of salary, this company does not pay well at ALL! Management does not care about pay raises, even cost of salary is only 1%

      No growth opportunity. No pay raise above a few cents and then management acts like they are giving you thousands of dollars.
