Low salary compared to the actual hours needed to be completed to meet endless deadlines, insanely high case load counts, lack of support from higher-ups/supervisors, mandatory work days, monthly on-call shifts, no room for growth, dishonesty from higher-ups, low retention rates, endless promises of a better future that never come to be, inability to actually take time off of work, insurance doesn't cover much, but is costly.
