Pros
One thing and probably the best and only is the Flexible hours and being able to work to help children in bad situations.
Cons
Lack of pay for the amount of work you put in. The communication between supervisors and employees is terrible, Promoting employees over others with more experience or who have been in the company longer. Case loads are very big and that is why employees work so many hours because you are traveling the entire time. When higher ups ask what can be done to improve the company and keep employees here there are suggestions but nothing is ever done. While the ones that make this company run get paid little to nothing, working paycheck to paycheck and getting a 1% raise every year, never get bonuses unless you work in the corporate office and then you get bonuses and make six figures (public records) which is unethical. The internet is always messing up so if you are working on something there is a good chance you will lose it. Moving offices multiple times and make sure you have a sleeping bag, heavy blanket and a large fan because you never know if you will be working in the artic or in the tropics. It is either really cold or super hot.. This employer does not care about its employees because if they did then there wouldn't be so many negative comments on here and if there is are positive remarks then it was probably put on here because the higher ups put it on here or asked their employees to add some nice things they like about their employment. UNETHICAL!!!!
