Upper management was very engaged and always made me feel heard. As a manager I was given a lot of agency to make decisions and judgement calls. I felt very supported during challenging situations or when I made mistakes. Relative to the many AV companies before KVL that I have been an employee of or freelancer for, the company culture here was great.

Usual trade cons, including long hours, early call times, demanding clients, etc.
