Pros

Some of my coworkers but other than that not much.

Cons

TONS!! Very micromanaged. New rules and regulations added daily that create unnecessary and longer processes for everything you do. Must contact someone for every little thing as if you cannot do your job or are uncapable. Trying to conform every single branch to run the exact same way even when those new regulations don't work for every branch and cooperate does not care as they don't have to work with the rules they create. I haven't had a 30, 60, or 90 day review and have had no pay raise. They do not care about employees not doing there job. Several people in my office have complained about another not doing any responsibility of their job and nothing has changed so a few of us have to take turns doing anothers entire job as they plain refuse to do it even if they are asked by management. I could go on. benefits arent great either...pricey for the money in ivig they waste or order for no reason.

Pros

Pay was decent but I soon found out why

Cons

Not enough training staff. My trainer left in the middle of my training. Focus on promotion in middle management and location acquisition rather than stability and establishing processes and locations that function the same across each location. There aren’t current SOP’s for established processes which means training new hires is stunted. The CEO makes decisions and has staff jumping through hoops to try to align processes with his decisions. Proper planning is non existent. Management does not respect staff and tends to overload current staff leading to burnout and a revolving door. If they want their staff to care properly for their patients, they should care properly for their staff. The business is run like a startup even though it’s been around long enough to have processes of an established company. If you are an employee who has insurance through this company and also a patient, the insurance company routinely denies therapy for employees.
