Pros

the pitch before you join is enticing, and you wonder will it meet expectations - it does. Very exciting place to be. The product is great, design team have nailed it and are a pleasure to work with. you don't join a startup for work-life balance, but the demands here are reasonable - they are trying to achieve something amazing (as a company and for their employees) and you feel it - everybody is excited. There was clearly a really positive culture here beforehand, and the people they have brought in since are keeping the good vibes going - but they are very laser focussed on success. The calibre of people across the org is so impressive. It feels like a winning team, feels like a winning product.....the opportunities are there. Definitely has that rocket-ship vibe and its enjoyable getting stuck in and seeing what we can achieve. Everyone is helpful, you have a role to fulfil but people want to help each other.

Cons

the coffee is so-so, but the excellent location means whatever you want is on your doorstep. Literally all i have....

Pros

The solution is simple and has a easy UI, but lacks deep value to companies. Customers like the solution when it's scaled correctly and well-supported. They pay for health care and try to make a happy family environment, but it's only surface level.

Cons

Making some very poor decisions as of late, that everyone is struggling to understand. Removing key leaders in place of inexperienced people who aren't qualified and overloaded with other responsibilities. Lack of quality support of the customers is going to really start hurting ROI and will be a hard turnaround. Letting going quality people that could have helped take the company in the right direction, but would rather save budget than have smart seasoned people in place. Leaders are stepping down because of a lack of faith in Executives and their inability to delegate responsibilities. Top financial executive lets his conservative beliefs drive his decisions, rather than making smart business risks. The top executive is a visionary, but not a leader or has the maturity to now run the company. The ship needs new captains, to fix this off-course ship.
