      There is not any pros.

      Cons

      They did not give me my rights that I gained (salary increase) They are not interested with any problem that you have to deal with inside of company. They do not try to solve. Even though problem occurs because of their faults. When you go to holiday, the company gets extra day from your holidays, although the company does not work on weekends.
