Poor Management - Instructor Kafqa Academy Employee Review

Can't see any. Very toxic work environment. And pay is so low shows how much they respect the artists and value their work. The whole firm runs based on the hard physical work of dance instructor but at the end they give 35-40 rupees for a class. Shame

Giving payment of a class based on number of students showing even if instructor give their best to the classes and show up in time. Too much pressure of seniority and juniors are treated with disrespect. No value of your knowledge or your art. The least amount of salary is given to the instructors in thier firm. No growth in payment even after working for years all u get is reduced pay due to revised payroll
