Pros
A good place if you are looking to just pass your time and have no urge to push your limits and learn new things.
Cons
Well there are endless cons. Starting with the work culture - There's no discipline, zero employee motivation, zero effort from the organization's end to motivate employees, no room for experimentation, no brainstorming sessions to improve the performance or to discuss anything out of the box, unprofessional and unskilled senior management and so on. The biggest challenge you will face working with Kairos is that the so-called seniors (who spent more than 3-5 years in the same organization) have no willingness to work professionally or to motivate their team. Seniors will treat you with no respect. Laugh at you when you commit any mistake, or when your boss or client shouts at you, and never support you when you ask them for any help. Instead of listening to the problem of the team member and helping them with a solution, they will ask you to just google it and resolve the issue on your own. So-called seniors (Leads) have no proper knowledge of their respective domains. And this is the main reason why no client continues to work with the agency for more than 2-3 months. The owner is doing good when it comes to acquiring new clients and pitches, also he has outstanding relationship-building skills. But the level of trust he has with his seniors is not worth it. Seniors are not at all interested to do anything that can help the organization to grow. Just because of the carelessness of so-called seniors (Leads) every client is unhappy with the performance and just stays with the agency for 2-3 months max. Also, most of the time you will find the so-called seniors / Leads doing freelance work during office work hours. And when it comes to give time to the team, or the organization they will behave like they are the most busiest person in the entire organization. Seniors / Leads having experience of more than 8 years have no proper knowledge of their respective domain.
