Kaizen has a great management team, positive environment, and they value their employees input and concerns. They recognize employees hard work. It is a great place to build experience and grow.

Like any other workplace, it can be busy at times. Kaizen provides support to manage these stressful times making it way easier to manage and get work done correctly in a timely manner.

Sad to say not many, some of our co workers are great.

Lies 24/7 bribing for 5 star reviews here, really our shop and shops around magically see hundreds of files when cars are still here, our regionals that quit started noting files that CEO and COO are telling them to close them before they left. Fired a co worker of mine while on vacation after working him for a year. As soon as I can I am out, our whole shop threats to walk weekly.
