      Pros

      The pay was good for industry.

      Cons

      Company is a mess. They have two IT guys for a major growing auto shops. Owner seems like a cool person but he is busy growing the number of shops and they are all drowning and not getting the help that’s needed and requested. Too many work inappropriate conversations ie: roe v wade, shootings, covid denial. In front of and with customers. Had to calm a customer due to covid denial conversation he overheard.

      Pros

      There are people who care and are working hard to change the culture. It is hard at times but most of the folks came from ma & pa and it is hard to move to corporate world.

      Cons

      Accounting needs help. Think they are still getting it from the old CEO. There are people who will never be happy.

      Pros

      Kaizen has a great management team, positive environment, and they value their employees input and concerns. They recognize employees hard work. It is a great place to build experience and grow.

      Cons

      Like any other workplace, it can be busy at times. Kaizen provides support to manage these stressful times making it way easier to manage and get work done correctly in a timely manner.
