      Great benefits and people to work with, has tuition or education program, many affiliate companies for resources, and seldom layoffs. Stable company to support a family.

      Cons

      Profit driven management often overlooks the project qualities in many phase or stages of a project, overpaid underperforming senior staffs that leads to cost overruns and inefficiency, relatively lower than industry average salary.

      Great opportunity to make some contributions and implement improvements. Collaborating with the subsidiary HRBPs and vendor management was a highlight of the role.
