Paid overtime + outside school events: clubs, sports, etc. Supportive staff Timely responses Wellness program (can earn extra health benefits, hsa money) Collect mileage (if driving building to building, even for a meeting)
Cons
Back to school breakfast is not a deal breaker, but KRESA money could be put to better use. Changing of supervisors for D/HH program too often. Sometimes with people that do not understand interpreter roles & regulations. Organizational wide meetings that do not pertain to all groups and most information not applicable.
