Pros
- Good for fresh graduates to gain new experience in biopharma industry - Advanced machine and equipment - One of national leading biopharma industry
Cons
- Slow growth, both in salary and career development - Bonus and pay rise system were not so clear (and not occurred regularly), no overtime pay (unless you're lower grade staff), some of the benefit even never changed from 4 years ago - Lack of employee management system (lack of employee personal development, regular overtime work, vague onboarding system, high turnover rate) - Subjective bias from top management
