Good healthcare but poor support from management - Staff Accountant Kaleida Health Employee Review

Did not have laptop or monitor available when hired. I got hired for one job and ended up doing 2 more jobs. HR played dumb when I needed an accomodation. Management did not stick up for their employees when they were swamped with too many tasks to complete.
