Pros

Great challenges. Pioneer and leader in the industry (though losing its edge). Great group of colleagues. Good opportunity to travel and work remotely.

Cons

No collaboration among departments. Each one seems to be an independent company competing and cannibalizing the others. Too much bureaucracy and politics. Remote employees are forgotten.

Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback, this helps us get better. We are very happy to hear you're enjoying your colleagues and the opportunity to travel and we appreciate your hard work. We will take a closer look at the areas you mention for improvement and have already taken steps to improve the way our remote employees interact as a team with more improvement to come! We hope these initiatives foster a better sense of inclusion.

Pros

Good culture and people for the most part.

Cons

At least one layoff each year usually around beginning of Q4. This is to make them look better on paper for the most part. Processes are a disaster, issues are either band aided or left unresolved.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for recognizing the people and culture at Kaleris. We understand your concerns. As a business operating in a changing market, we periodically evaluate our structure and costs to ensure long-term sustainability. These decisions are made carefully and are not tied to short-term optics, but to aligning resources with business priorities. We also acknowledge the need to improve our processes. Over the past year, we have taken steps to standardize workflows, strengthen accountability, and improve cross-functional alignment to drive more consistent execution. We appreciate your time with us and wish you the best moving forward.
