      good salary package. good benefits but

      So many pros of working this company, like empire building of team leaders, discouraging environment, blame culture. incompetent people are doing jobs with old school of thought. Very very disappointed.

      Remote work, benefits, & most people

      Cons

      Forever changing, and communications from the top-down are slow and unorganized. Recently underwent some restructuring that has caused a lot of confusion around roles and responsibilities for most. No career growth here.
