The CEO is unaware of what goes on- its ran by someone that if you aren't in his group then he will threaten to fire you. It's a constant struggle if you have a job the next day- zero leadership. If your in the in group then you are a saint and do no wrong and get great pay raises, otherwise you aren't cared about.
