Pros
The culture here is honestly amazing. People really do come first, and you can feel it in the way the team works together. Everyone’s supportive and respectful, which makes it easy to do good work and actually enjoy the process. It’s rare to find a place where the culture feels this real.
Cons
Deadlines can be quick sometimes, but that also keeps the work moving and exciting. Priorities shift here and there, but it usually opens up new directions instead of holding us back.
