      Pros

      - Worked with some great people. - Interesting products that have a positive impact on the world. - CEO, Alex, great guy (but gets some bad advice) - Open communication, they used to show the company's finances once a month, unfiltered - Great career ladder company, but I wouldn't say long

      Cons

      They kept hiring expensive senior management from massive companies who were not needed for a start-up, rather than promoting the people who helped build the business. Caused loads of internal resentment.

      Pros

      Loads of upwards mobility due to frequent redundancies Buzzing office with great snacks Incredible team members. A truly brilliant group of creatives and makers. There is genuine love among teammates.

      Cons

      High level of toxicity tolerated within some teams, and perpetuated by the CEO Direction changes every month so it can be hard to keep priorities and focus sorted Scattered team with subpar communications Zeal, or arrogance, to rival any fanatic. The senior team cannot accept that they are not God's gracious gift to mankind
