Immense scope for learning. This is the university of market research in India. It is THE company to start with if you are interested in market research as a career. Exposure to various categories of FMCG research & a wide range of cutting edge research methodologies is a major plus point. Also, getting to work with the people who developed those methodologies is an added kick.
Cons
Absolutely no work-life balance. Extreme work pressure exists almost continuously.
