Pros
Literally none - go somewhere else, Kantar is irrelevant
Cons
Where do I start... The work is mind numbing and boring - you sit for hours checking and rechecking data tables and surveys. A 10 year old could do the work. You get paid less than industry standard (which isn't a lot in the first place). Raises are unheard of, and bonuses are a distant, distant dream. Senior management are spiteful, hate each others guts, and generally rude people. People who are senior are only senior because they stuck around long enough. You are actually told to work more than 40 hours, and if you dont, you get in trouble. There is an insanely high turnover rate because people spend 8 months here and realize how absolutely awful it is Leadership doesn't listen to what people need. People are always mad or angry because everything thing goes wrong all the time.
