Pros
This is the kind of place you like to come to work every day because you like the people you spend your time with. Kaplan has a value statement and tries hard to stick to it. Professional development over the years has been great- virtual and in-person trainings occur on a variety of topics to help employees improve their skill sets. Plenty of work from home opportunities and family flexibility as well.
Cons
Constant change. If you aren't comfortable with change, this is not the employer for you. Generally this is a plus; it's a nimble company that adapts quickly to external forces, but employees themselves have to be adaptable as well.
