Good job for a college student but not a place where you want to get a full time job - Instructor Kaplan Employee Review

Depending on where you work, you can get good or bad management. The New Brunswick center is absolutely horrible. The management is completely incompetent and they like to sweep problems under the rug. Communication is almost non-existent as they don't like to reply emails or answer the phone. They don't care about employees or the students. Everything is about the bottom line. Stay away from this center.
