Kaplan attractcs such a diverse, interesting, and committed group of people at all levels of the organization. You'll thoroughly enjoy the few professional development activities you get.
Cons
For being a training/education company there was almost no effective employee training, development, or performance appraisals. In addition to feeling like you're completely unprepared for the role, you soon find out that the job description (to Direct a Center) is actually a direct marketing role.
