      Karbone is growing fast- new markets, new products, new heights. Working at Karbone feels exciting and entrepreneurial. I love working with such bright, talented and supportive people. It feels good to work towards a zero-carbon future. Karbone has strong & vibrant deal flow— so you are always doing something productive. Management is great and pay is very good.

      Growing pains. Expect to be busy. Office is busy.

      They make their firm seem like an interesting, exciting, and high opportunity place to work.

      Cons

      The reality of working there. Systems are junk. Management is narcissistic, narrow minded, and inexperienced in this space. Your career will suffer from being associated with the firm.
