      Pros

      Relatively low stress. Work is at work, your home life is at home. Your day ends at 5 and doesn't come with you.

      Cons

      Making progress is slow. Management wants to control everything and is not open to suggestions. They have an employee run board that is there to make suggestions to the management on behalf of the employees, but no suggestion is ever taken seriously. They are actively using 30 year old software to run their whole business, which is slow and unreliable. Other ways they're behind the times: dress code and remote work policy. We were never allowed to work from home, even though it could be done by anyone with a home computer at no cost to the company.

      Pros

      KBA is a stable company with excellent benefits. The work is rewarding and as an employee you are rewarded for good work. There is a great family like culture at KBA, where teamwork is practiced and encouraged. I write this review in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. I couldn't think of a better time to credit the management of this business. The CEO took each and every employees safety into consideration well before any of us even had a possible "shutdown" on our radar. We are all lucky to be a part of this company on any given day, but this past year more than ever.

      I have no cons that would reflect on this company as a whole.
