Pros
The people at Karrat genuinely care to see you win. They're all about building relationships and teaching you skills that are used all throughout life, not just at work. There is no seniority it the company. They will do all they can to develop you into a leader, if that's what you want, and will give you all the tools and resources to build your own team and your own business. Or if that's not what you want, you can still work, earn a paycheck and be part of the team. If you know what you want from a career, they'll point you in the right direction. If you don't know, they'll help you figure it out.
Cons
You'll do better if you read books. Yuck. If you're lazy, you won't last. Oh dear. You're going to be pushed outside your comfort zone. How could they? (Sarcasm) Everyone starts at the bottom. But you're voice is always listened to and you determine how fast you want to move up. Yes, I've realized that all these cons are actually pros.
