      Pros

      It's a great place to learn the basics of sales and getting out of your comfort zone. There's good money to make if you really put yourself into it, it can be fun, but you have to be 100% okay with the organization system.

      Cons

      Long hours, no stability, a lot of hiring and quitting, always ask for more.

      Good for young people and newbies learning sales tactics

      Cons

      Extremley high turnover rate, door to door sales, nobody wants to talk to you, no real pay everything is commission (No sales no pay), they WILL guilt you into working saturdays even though it says they're optional, horrible work life balance (getting called from 8am to 9pm with 'team games' and 'sales group chats', 'check-ins' etc)

      They lie about the salary and make you run around for commission. They are very dishonest
