Not great - Property Manager Karya Property Management Employee Review

- Large disconnect between corporate office and on site management - Hasn't found a way to bounce back from economic hit from Covid, constant reminders that you don't make enough for the company and you will be fired if you don't do better - Markets for only a short time until occupancy goes up and then disbands marketing tools - Many other issues but these were the biggest for me
