Pros
- Used to be a great company for technical engineers, with employee focussed policy which is no longer true. It was good while it lasted. - No Pro's as of now!
Cons
- Sadly, you need to be friends with Sam(Founder), Jono(Product), Nick (Tech. sales/ThreatOps head) or at least have their blessing, if you plan to stick around. - End of 2024 / start of 2025 saw a rapid decline due to major restructuring which involved firing a lot of staff, right from senior leadership (Director of Engineering) to C level execs ( CTO / CMO / CFO), down to senior engineers in Engineering/Customer Support. - Work culture also went down the drain, every all hands meet/Monday in the Slack #company-announcement channel there is news of who has been fired/let go/made redundant. - Sad part is leadership cooks up all sorts of silly reasons/lies for why employees left, rather than telling the truth (Eg: personal sabbatical, etc) - They also mention sometimes that this is a one time decision but can no longer use that excuse as it has already been used so many times (even though people can see right through it). - Diversity in hiring is sad, they rarely hire women engineers. - Those who are currently with the company are already planning their exit.
