      - independent lesson planning and teaching structure - friendly colleagues/environment - flexibility with additional course load (for extra income) - vacations/holidays (PTO)

      - lack of departmental communication regarding important updates - minimal advancement opportunities or performance bonuses - extra large class sizes - administration & staff do not speak English
