Pros

New hire orientation in Miami.

Cons

- Cannot work from home. Have to be in the office. - Got an under spec laptop which continually under performed for I need it to do - Expected to work both US time and NZ time to attend meetings and do your day job. - Got hired just before Covid hit. After 2 months they decided to make let all new hires go on a call. No consultation, no redeployment. From now you are no longer employeed with Kaseya. They didnt follow NZ law and I took them to task! - Language - If you like to swear and be sworn on then this is your company. From the top down everyone swears. I was not at all comfortable this culture. This started off in the new Hire. Person taking the course swore so much in a day, I havent sworn in my whole life. It was not at all funny. - you are expected to close opportunities within a week of calling. If you dont close deals, you are whipped. You didnt try hard enough. - Worst company culture and I feel sorry for the Datto employees coming into Kaseya. Get out as quickly as you can!
