      Pros

      - It's probably decent if you work in sales.

      Cons

      - Snowflake CEO and COO fire anyone who hurts their feelings. - CEO dismantles employee groups (such as Pride) to avoid being "too political," while privately donating to alt-right terrorists. One can even look at Datto's culture pages before/after acquisition to see a concrete example. - Truly awful benefits. - Attempted to force RTO for no justifiable reason. - Little to no investment in engineering.

      easy to make money if you don't mind dealing with politics and are likable

      office politic heavy, if you're not liked or make an impression - you may never make money.
