Pros

-Fast career progression -UK Team especially is growing massively out of Reading office -Great exposure to sales, great training and leadership -High pay and good commissions -Equity in the company -Cool offices and colleagues -Love our go to market strategy - very easy if you work hard to be successful -frequent trips to Miami and other international cities

Cons

-In office - no hybrid or wfh -Company is running a bit lean -you need to work hard (if thats a negative, then dont apply lol) -Really there isnt much negatives to say

Thank you for sharing your experience. It is true that Kaseya has an on-site work policy without the option for remote work in most cases. This is because research indicates that team members collaborate more effectively, learn faster, and are more productive when they work together in an office environment. Additionally, it is our experience that after only a brief period of time on-site employees have a higher success rate and a significantly larger network than their peers who work mostly remote. We believe in Grow Your Own – meaning career growth for our Kaseyans from within, at a fast pace, and it’s most effective when we are in the office working together!
