      Pros

      Loyal customer base and good product concept. Generally a great team of people. Old management team recently replaced and the new team seems far more customer-centric.

      Cons

      The main product needs work to make it more easily supportable. It'll likely take a while to recover some lost ground on the sales side but the managed services market shows strong growth so there is significant opportunity.

      easy to make money if you don't mind dealing with politics and are likable

      Cons

      office politic heavy, if you're not liked or make an impression - you may never make money.
