- Women Owned business helping grow careers for women - Warming and friendly work place - With the sole marketing focus on one industry you had more time to focus on developing your craft and becoming an expert in your field
Cons
- Sole marketing focus is on one industry so there are times when it is vastly busy and slow - There were a lot of team members wearing multiple hats - With a smaller team it was harder to take on multiple projects at the same time that had similar deadlines while also having to keep the internal marketing moving forward
