Pros
None. Remote work is possible, but even this is poorly handled. Here I received equipment of terrible quality which had to be replaced, asking for it many times.
Cons
Chaotic and disorganized:
There’s no coordination between teams, and projects constantly change direction without warning. No clear strategy or communication. Teams work in silos, creating confusion and frustration. Hiring and firing are random, with no real explanations.
Terrible management:
Management is unprepared. No onboarding or support; you're left to figure it all out yourself. Managers don’t explain decisions, give feedback, or set expectations. Most leaders lack experience and make random decisions with no transparency. Goals and roadmaps don’t exist - everything is driven by short-term revenue.
Useless relocation support:
They claim to help with relocation, but you’re on your own. Their relocation partner is useless, and you’re stuck handling everything yourself - housing, paperwork, etc. They promise to pay for the first month's rent, but of course they will forget to do it, and you will have to remind them about it.
No job security:
They fire people without warning, especially during probation. HR is disorganized, salaries are low, no bonuses, and no inflation adjustments. The instability is exhausting. They exploit graduates and international hires, pushing them hard before letting them go. You’re just a number to them.
Advice to candidates:
Talk to ex-employees to get the real story. Don’t fall for the image of a "cool startup". If you want stability or growth, look elsewhere.
